Founder and physician

A new standard in midlife women's health
Dr. Kate White, MD, FACOG, MSCP, DABOM
Dr. Kate White is the founder of Recalibrate Health, a physician, speaker, and women's health expert dedicated to helping women thrive through the complex transitions of midlife. She is double board-certified in Gynecology and Obesity Medicine and certified by The Menopause Society — a rare combination of credentials that lets her treat menopause, metabolic health, and healthy aging as the connected system they actually are, not as separate problems handled by separate providers.
“When women understand what’s happening in their bodies, they can move from self-criticism to self-compassion — and build healthier, more fulfilling lives at home and at work.”
— Dr. Kate White, MD, FACOG, MSCP, DABOM, Founder of Recalibrate Health

She is co-host of the Heads and Tails Podcast alongside her husband, marriage and family therapist Jay White, and is regularly sought after as a speaker, podcast guest, and media expert — known for making complex health topics accessible, engaging, and actionable through humor, evidence-based medicine, and relatable storytelling.

A whole-person approach to midlife care
Rossana Guimaraes, NBC-HWC
At Recalibrate Health, Rossana partners with Dr. Kate White to bring a whole-person approach to midlife care, pairing gynecologic expertise with dedicated nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
